Job DetailsThis Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse position requires a minimum of 12 hours of work per shift, with a 36-hour weekly commitment. The estimated salary for this role is $120-$140 per hour, based on 12-hour shifts and a tax-free stipend amount.
About the RoleThis 13-week Labor and Delivery assignment involves providing patient care, collaborating with physicians and other health team members, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and evaluating patients before, during, and post-procedure
- Maintaining adequate stock of supplies and ensuring cleanliness of rooms
- Providing and coordinating patient care with other health team members
To be eligible for this role, you should have:
- A valid nursing license and relevant certifications
- The ability to grasp, fine manipulate, push/pull, and move about when assisting with procedures or using department equipment
- Excellent communication skills and visual acuity
