Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide direct patient care to individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will work on an ongoing basis, providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. You will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, developing, and implementing therapy/treatment programs tailored to each patient's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating patients' communication and swallowing abilities
  • Developing personalized treatment plans to address specific needs
  • Administering diagnostic tests and individualized treatments
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's or Doctorate Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • A minimum of one year of clinical experience in Speech Pathology
  • A valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • National Provider Identifier and Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
What We Offer:

Kaiser Permanente offers a competitive salary range of $123,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings options and paid time off.
