We are seeking a skilled Loan Processor (Sales Assistant) to join our Production team. This role involves heavy communication between lenders and clients via email and phone, maintaining accuracy in entering information while multitasking in a goal-oriented company.
Responsibilities- Communicate with lenders regarding the loan process
- Reach out to clients and review loan documents
- Manage focus items for each day, reviewing applications, bank statements, and other financial data
- Handle time-sensitive information for our sales team
- Maintain accuracy in preparing and entering information
- Provide support to our sales team
We seek a motivated individual with strong communication skills, proficiency in computer software, and excellent time management skills. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with clients/vendors, be resourceful, and possess problem-solving skills. They will also be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
