Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide social-emotional services to students who need additional support to shine in school
  • Collaborate with school teams and families to deliver high-quality services, including individual or group counseling
  • Work with a diverse group of students from varying developmental, cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds
  • Develop and implement behavior management and intervention strategies, including de-escalation techniques and crisis management
  • Support social-emotional learning skill development through targeted curricula and assessments

Requirements
  • Professional licensure, including LCSW or LMSW
  • Master's degree in social work
  • 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents in a school, special education, or behavior health setting
