Job Summary:
As a skilled Luthier at Guitar Center, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments. You will work closely with our team to maintain store inventory, deliver exceptional customer service, and train new staff members to ensure a positive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments.
• Maintain store inventory and ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Train new staff members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service principles.

Requirements:
Fundamental Skills and Qualifications:

• Skilled understanding of guitar repair and maintenance.
• Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products.
