* Troubleshooting software issues and prioritizing based on urgency
* Providing clear and detailed information to clients on product feature functionality
* Documenting support processes and issue resolutions
* Working closely with the Sales and Product teams to provide product knowledge and configuration assistance
* Being the go-to resource for any questions regarding the CurbWaste product

We're looking for someone with critical thinking skills, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you're motivated by impact, growth, and a desire to make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.

**Requirements:**

* 1-2 years' experience in a technical support role
* Familiarity with SaaS business models
* Experience using a support ticketing system
* Some technical skills (SQL, database management, Excel, Python, etc.)
