Division Human Resource Coordinator Job Summary
D.R. Horton, Inc., a leading homebuilder in the U.S., is seeking a skilled Division Human Resource Coordinator to serve as a liaison between corporate and divisional teams. This role will support all aspects of Human Resources, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing exceptional support to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all HR regulations are followed
- Conduct new hire processing and coordinate new employee setup with Corporate IT
- Assist managers in understanding company policies
- Conduct new hire orientation and training
- Administer worker's compensation process
- Provide HR administrative support
- Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent
- Three to five years of related HR experience
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Taleo, PeopleSoft, and Microsoft Teams experience preferred
