Nursing Care Professional

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at the Good Samaritan Society, you will provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in a long-term care setting. This part-time evening role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of residents while addressing their physical and psychosocial needs.

The position requires maintaining confidentiality, adhering to care plans, and demonstrating effective communication skills in a supportive environment. You will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of residents.
Requirements- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred
- Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility
In addition to your education and experience, you must currently hold an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges. Completing required annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training requirements of the department and facility is also essential.

Salary InformationWe offer a competitive salary range of $28.00 - $36.00 per hour, depending on experience.
