SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Total Comfort Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive sales growth.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

MANAGER

We are looking for a sales professional who can effectively utilize our CRM system, pricing tools, and proposal software to manage the sales process and drive revenue growth.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospect and qualify new business opportunities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Conduct site assessments and provide customized solutions to clients
Assist in the development of business cases to support sales efforts
Live out the TCS core values daily (Treat people well, do the right thing, and run a great business).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

4 Year College degree preferred.

  • 10 years of field experience in B2B Sales, selling to the Csuite, and prospecting.
Disciplined competitive, determined, relationship builder, confident, problem solver, and an active learner.
A measurable track record of sales achievement.
Demonstrate a proven sales process.

Must be able to effectively utilize the latest technology and tools for managing the Sales process including company specific CRM, pricing, proposal, and project planning requirements.


WORK LIFE
We offer a great work-life balance, with limited out-of-town travel and a generous travel allowance. You will work safely when outside of the normal office setting, and adhere to the safety measures of client sites, including using personal protective equipment, if required.
