We are seeking passionate and qualified individuals to join our team as Associate Teachers. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to earn your college degree for free through our Horizons Teacher Degree Program.

You will assist with hands-on activities tailored to meet the needs and interests of our young learners, communicate daily with parents, and document milestones in their child's day. Our classrooms are safe, clean, and designed to promote learning and development.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with hands-on activities to support children's growth and development
  • Communicate daily with parents and share important milestones in their child's day
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment

**Requirements:**

  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience working with children in childcare, daycare, or preschool settings preferred
  • Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred

We offer a competitive salary range of $15.30 - $18.35 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and referral bonuses.
