We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Systems Analyst who brings a combination of e-commerce, sales domain expertise, and ideally automotive industry experience to drive the success of multiple products under active management. This role blends business analysis and project management responsibilities and is integral to shaping technical specifications into actionable implementation plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and product managers to define, document, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Translate Functional Specification Documents or technical specifications into Business Requirement Documents with clarity and precision.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to break down requirements into an actionable implementation plan and oversee progress.
  • Drive the execution of end-to-end implementations for a multi-product, multi-module ERP ecosystem with minimal supervision.
  • Leverage Salesforce expertise to enhance CRM and related workflows.
  • Support product management efforts across four key products, ensuring deliverables are prioritized and aligned with business goals.
  • Facilitate scrum activities as needed, ensuring agile practices are followed and teams remain on track.
  • Develop data-driven metrics to monitor workflows, features, and product outcomes.
  • Deliver excellent documentation, ensuring all workflows, requirements, and decisions are well captured.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders across various organizational levels, ensuring alignment and shared understanding.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with exposure to e-commerce, sales, and automotive domains being highly desirable.
  • Functional knowledge of ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Strong SQL skills, with the ability to extract, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Experience with Salesforce, specifically in requirements gathering, process optimization, or CRM enhancements.
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks and experience in facilitating scrum activities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and set product strategies with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proactive attitude to solve problems independently.
  • Exceptional documentation skills and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the team.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
