Key Responsibilities:- Establish and manage maintenance and team schedules, ensuring accountability and performance.
- Effectively coach and develop the team, promoting an inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage budget, accounts, rent collections, and tenant notices, utilizing software to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Review processed applications, background and credit checks, and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Prepare client reporting and support documentation for regular client meetings.
- Communicate effectively with residents, applicants, and team members, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Inspect property conditions, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Investigate complaints and resolve conflicts, securing property and implementing safety precautions as needed.
- 2+ years of multi-family leasing management experience, with a strong background in property management.
- High School diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite and Property Management Software database experience.
- Bilingual preferred, but not required.
