Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage maintenance and team schedules, ensuring accountability and performance.
  • Effectively coach and develop the team, promoting an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Manage budget, accounts, rent collections, and tenant notices, utilizing software to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review processed applications, background and credit checks, and ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Prepare client reporting and support documentation for regular client meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, applicants, and team members, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Inspect property conditions, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Investigate complaints and resolve conflicts, securing property and implementing safety precautions as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of multi-family leasing management experience, with a strong background in property management.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite and Property Management Software database experience.
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required.
