Highway Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Highway Supervisor to join our team at Frederick County, Inc. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of highways, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in road construction or road maintenance, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. They will possess a valid CDL-B license with air brake endorsement and be physically fit to perform the duties of the job.

Responsibilities
