Responsibilities:
Ensure product quality by conducting weight, temperature, and package integrity checks.
Collect product samples from the line to test pH, ingredient composition, and microorganism presence.
Complete QA control charts and inspection log sheets accurately.
Verify packaging meets USDA and company standards, including coding and labeling requirements.
Adhere to HACCP guidelines, GMPs, and regulatory standards for food safety and quality assurance.
Perform laboratory duties, such as AOAC solids testing, viscosity measurements, and customer specification compliance.
Monitor label declared weights on all products produced, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in manufacturing preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, with ability to foster open collaboration across departments.

Compensation Package:
An estimated annual salary of $53,000-$60,000 based on location, experience, and performance. Benefits include 401(k) matching, health insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
