Company Overview

The practice operates on a standard outpatient model with a patient base consisting of 95% adults aged 18 and up. The current team is open to accommodating a pediatric population expansion if desired.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from $200,000 to $250,000+, depending on experience. Benefits include malpractice insurance, health / dental / vision insurance, paid time off, license / DEA fees, CME allowance, IRA plan, and more. The practice also offers partnership options and flexible scheduling arrangements.

Job Description

Duties of the role include patient evaluations, physical assessments, patient education, chronic disease management, preventative medicine, medication management, specialist referrals, and more. The clinic has on-site x-ray, phlebotomy, and lab services, and providers see an average of 18-24 patients per day.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, candidates must hold a Connecticut medical license, DEA, and be Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
