Our Education team offers consulting services and technology solutions to help schools, school districts, and state education agencies/ministries of education promote student success, improve programs and processes, and optimize financial resources.

We work with clients to ensure all students have what they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Management:
Support the end-to-end proposal process, including planning, drafting, reviewing, and finalizing proposals.

Coordinate with various internal departments to gather necessary information and ensure proposal compliance with client requirements.

Track proposal deadlines and ensure timely submission of proposals.

Data Collection and Management:
Support data collection activities such as virtual focus group documentation and management of survey administration.

Clean, validate, and code data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Develop and maintain data management systems to support organizational needs.

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Report Writing Support:
Assist in drafting, editing, and finalizing reports and other client deliverables.

Collaborate with team members to gather content and ensure the completeness of reports.

Proofreading and Formatting:
Proofread documents to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Format documents according to organizational standards and guidelines.

Ensure all documents are visually appealing and professionally presented.

Marketing Material Development:
Manage the creation and development of sell sheets, case studies, and other marketing materials.

Collaborate with the marketing team to gather content and ensure alignment with branding and strategic objectives.

Oversee the design and production process to ensure materials meet quality and deadline requirements.

Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing communications.

Prepare and distribute internal and external communications as required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree

Proven experience in proposal management, data cleaning and coding, and report writing.

Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.

Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, databases).

Familiarity with document formatting and presentation standards.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $62,000-$70,000

. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role.

Compensation:


Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role below.
