Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sutton Swim School. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service through effective communication, prioritization, and a positive attitude.
- Develop a rapport with parents and children, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date on all Sutton Swim School policies and procedures, effectively communicating them to customers.
- Manage day-to-day operational duties, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, preferably with iClass.
- Excellent listening and communication skills, both in person and in writing.
- Basic computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Professionalism and organizational skills, with a willingness to go the extra mile to help customers.
