Speech Language Pathologist Position: Maximizing Communication Skills

At Reliant Rehabilitation, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and their families. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those we serve.
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapy team. In this role, you will provide speech therapy services to patients while maintaining positive relationships with facilities and clients. Your primary responsibilities will include screening and evaluating patients, developing initial and ongoing treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations regarding speech-language pathology therapy.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes an estimated annual salary of $83,000, based on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. Our benefits package may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's Degree or equivalent in Speech Language Pathology, valid state licensure, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation.
