About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Obstetric Anesthesia Specialist to join our team at Cross Country Locums.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in obstetric anesthesia and be able to work effectively in a hospital-based setting. We offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated to be around $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care as a member of the anesthesia team
  • Collaborate with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes
  • Participate in call hours and weekends as required by the facility
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and techniques through ongoing education and training

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a physician in Ohio
  • Board certification in anesthesiology from the American Board of Anesthesiology
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically Medaxion
