Pacific Companies is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team. This is a full-time position working 4 days a week with a schedule of 7a-3p, with call coverage at 1:5. The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing high-quality anesthesia care for patients undergoing various procedures.

About the Role
The CRNA will be working in a dynamic environment at a Critical Access Hospital, where they will have the opportunity to develop their skills and contribute to the success of our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role include:
  • Providing high-quality anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgical and medical procedures;
  • Working collaboratively with the medical staff, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to ensure the best possible patient outcomes;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment;
  • Participating in continuing education and professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in anesthesia care.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a Board Certification with OR license, as well as strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will also have experience working in a hospital setting and knowledge of EPIC EMR system.

Benefits
