We are seeking highly skilled Automotive Technicians to join our team at Bobby Rahal BMW. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional repair services to our customers while maintaining the highest level of quality and efficiency.

• Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify repair needs.
• Provide accurate labor, time, and parts estimates for repair services.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to dealership standards.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department Employees to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Participate in ongoing training and education programs to stay up-to-date on industry-leading technologies and processes.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent mechanical, electrical, and computing skills.
• At least 2+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience in a professional environment.
• Previous European brand service repair experience is a plus.
• ASE certifications are also a plus.
• A valid driver's license and authorization to work in the USA.
