Clinical Resource Specialist - Cardiac/Structural RN
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Resource Specialist to join our team at Mercy. As a key member of our cardiac/structural team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide clinical expertise and support to patients and families in the cardiac/structural unit
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
**Requirements**
* Nursing Degree from an accredited school
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of cardiac/structural nursing
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
