Job Summary

The Licensed Nursing Assistant plays a vital role in providing direct and indirect patient care, working under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) or licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes to healthcare professionals
  • Provide patient mobility and maintain patient hygiene
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care

  • Long-Term Care Unit: Providing nursing care and assistance with daily living, as well as programs and activities tailored to residents' abilities and needs
  • Memory Care Unit: Designed to meet the changing needs of individuals with dementia, offering activity-based care in a warm, supportive, and safe environment
  • Post Acute Care: Providing supportive, goal-directed care following surgery and/or hospitalization, with specially designed treatment programs to help patients return home as quickly as possible
