Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As an Emerging Accounts Sales Associate, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts in the natural products space. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including existing and new customers
  • Present and sell company flagship, branded, and specialty nutraceutical ingredients to potential and existing customers
  • Meet and/or exceed pre-defined sales targets
  • Position our client as a trustworthy, flexible, and knowledgeable leader in the functional ingredient space
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience selling ingredients to the Dietary Supplement and Food & Beverage industries or 1-2 years of B2B sales experience in another industry
  • Experience selling to companies in the following channels: Food Drug Mass, Practitioner, MLM, Contract Manufacturers, Retail Natural Health, and Direct-to-consumer
  • Willingness to learn, work the sales plan, be open-minded, and be a great team member
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs in addition to overall computer skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
