Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our team at DXP Enterprises. As a Manual Machinist, you will be responsible for operating manual and semi-automated machines to fabricate and assemble metal parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review specifications and drawings to plan and execute machining operations
  • Operate manual and semi-automated machines, including lathes and grinders
  • Take precise measurements and mark material for cutting or shaping
  • Determine and program batch sizes, machine speeds, and other parameters
  • Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages
