About the Opportunity:

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading pharmaceutical company as a Pharmacology Lead - Clinical Trials and Regulatory Affairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the development of clinical pharmacology strategies to support the development of new medicines.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive clinical pharmacology strategies to support the development of new medicines.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute clinical trials, ensuring that they meet regulatory requirements and are aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on clinical pharmacology matters to ensure that the company's products are safe and effective.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement regulatory strategies.
  • Represent the company in regulatory meetings and discussions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in clinical pharmacology and related areas, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and other external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • PhD with 4+ years of relevant experience, PharmD with 6+ years of experience, or Master's with 12+ years of experience, or Bachelor's with 14+ years of experience in a related field (e.g., PK, PBPK, PK-PD, Pharmacometrics, Drug Metabolism/Transporters).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal teams and external KOLs.
  • Strong strategic thinking with an enterprise-wide perspective.
  • Proven scientific and technical expertise in clinical pharmacology and related areas.
