About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Health Operations Manager to join our team at Empatica. As a key member of our Clinical Operations group, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of ground-breaking research projects with our highest-profile pharmaceutical clients.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating the efforts of multiple stakeholders, including data scientists from Empatica, pharma companies, and clinical researchers, ensuring seamless alignment and timely delivery. You will also serve as the main point of contact for clients, representing Empatica among its highest-tier research and business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the successful execution of complex research projects across various therapeutic areas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met and deliverables are of high quality
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, communicating progress, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry setting
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
  • Familiarity with clinical trial operations, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines is a plus
