Job Summary
We are seeking a Clinic RN to join our team at Glisan Street Clinic-Portland. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in an ambulatory setting, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care strategies. The ideal candidate will have 18 months of professional nursing experience and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Oregon.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an ambulatory setting
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care strategies
- Facilitate care coordination through direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters
- Promote patient education through various communication methods
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Licensed in states where care is delivered
- 18 months professional nursing experience

$37.93 - $60.04 per hour
