We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Document Coordinator to join our team at DeNooyer Chevrolet. As an essential member of our Sales, Finance, and Delivery Department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This full-time position involves reviewing deal paperwork, processing registration and title transactions, and maintaining accurate documentation for new and used vehicle inventories. You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless communication and timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and processing deal paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with lender, DMV, and insurance requirements.
  • Maintaining up-to-date spreadsheets and inventory systems to track available vehicles and those awaiting documentation or repairs.
  • Communicating effectively with managers and teams to resolve issues and expedite delivery processes.
  • Accurately completing registration and title transactions using our online DMV system.
  • Providing general office support, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a title clerk is preferred, but not mandatory; familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds computer software is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail, efficient communication, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a customer-centric approach, understanding the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Flexibility to work a standard Monday-Thursday schedule (8:30am-5pm), Friday (8:30am-6pm), and occasional Saturdays (9am-5pm).
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $50,000-$65,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
