Digital Product Management Leader

About the Role:
New Balance Athletics, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and digitally savvy product leader to join our team as a Senior Digital Product Manager. This role will play a critical part in crafting and executing our digital vision, leading our Digital Product Management team and managing a team of high-performing product owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic product roadmaps across multiple product workstreams.
- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of minimum viable products.
- Manage the entire product life cycle from discovery to end-of-life planning.
- Prioritize product lines and initiatives based on consumer and business impact.
- Communicate product strategy, execution, and performance to executive stakeholders.
Requirements for Success:
- Data-driven strategic decision making.
- Inspirational leadership and challenging teams to be creative and innovative.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to leave others looking for guidance.
- Advocate for the consumer with a strategic and detail-oriented approach.
- Terrific communication skills, both as a writer and presenter.
- Agile champion with strong knowledge of agile principles.
- 8+ years of product management experience in e-commerce or digital solutions.
