This role is an excellent opportunity for a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Behavior Therapist, providing support to individuals with special healthcare needs in their homes, ABA Centers, and within the community.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing applied behavior analysis educational and treatment programs with individual clients aged 1 to 22. This includes working one on one with children, participating in data management, and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance the lives of those we serve through positive approaches, remembering that each person has individual needs and learning styles.
• Assist at whatever level necessary to meet the goals outlined in the treatment plan with consultation from Behavior Analyst.
• Collect accurate data across all aspects within the program.
• Participate in the development of individualized plans as appropriate and follow accordingly.
• Work one on one in the ABA Center/client home/community with a child that has special healthcare needs.
• Communicate any medical, physical, or other changes in client status to guardian and the clinical team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and/or RBT Credential (preferred) or, Associate's Degree (60+ credit hours), or High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Must successfully pass background checks. Must have valid driver's license, safe driving record, automobile insurance and access to vehicle to be used as directed and when needed for transport.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $22 per hour, plus benefits that include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Location

This role is located in Stoughton, MA, and requires travel to various locations throughout the area.
