We strive to make every moment matter for a world on the go. As a Baggage Handler, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive their luggage promptly and efficiently.

Estimated Salary Range: $14 per hour

This physically demanding position requires strong time management skills and attention to detail. You will be responsible for gathering luggage from airline partners, bringing it back to our distribution center for sorting, and maintaining a clean, professional image throughout your shift.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service skills and work closely with the Airline Baggage Service Offices. If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective Communication: Clearly communicate with internal and external customers to ensure seamless luggage delivery.
  • Luggage Gathering: Efficiently gather luggage from airline partners and transport it to our distribution center.
  • Airline Collaboration: Work closely with the Airline Baggage Service Offices to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Mandatory Requirements:
    • Be at least 18 years of age.
    • Authorized to work in the United States.
    • Ability to clear a background check and drug screen.
    • Capacity to lift up to 75 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
  • Desirable Qualities:
    • Previous experience in customer service.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to complete all required training, including airport compliance.
    • Able to obtain an airport badge.
