Job Overview

Nyman Associates is a premier educational services provider seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in the Mid-Atlantic region.

As an Early Intervention SLP, you will work with children who require support with communication disorders or difficulties. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough assessments to identify communication disorders and develop accurate diagnoses.
  • Treatment Planning: Create personalized treatment plans based on assessment results and goals for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans and monitor progress.
  • Data Collection: Regularly collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and measure student progress.
Requirements
  • M.A. or M.S. in Communication Disorders: Graduate degree from an accredited university recognized by ASHA.
  • ASHA CCC's or CF: Hold current certification or be eligible for certification.
  • State SLP License: Possess a valid state license or be in the process of applying.
  • Teaching Certificate: Hold a teaching certificate or be able to obtain one if required.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, 401(k), health insurance, and professional development opportunities.
