About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Ticket Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Ticket Sales department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting the sales team with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and ticket distribution
  • Provide customer-facing support via phone, online chat, and email
  • Coordinate and execute specific tasks within the department to meet goals and objectives
  • Support departmental retention efforts by performing customer-facing and non-customer-facing duties
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new season ticket holders
  • Provide overflow phone coverage assistance during high-volume sales periods
  • Support departmental acquisition efforts by performing lead generation and sales qualification duties
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 year of related sales or service experience; sports industry experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
