Meals ERP Delivery Manager

This position will focus on driving the IT strategy of our Meals Division and influencing key decision holders. The successful person will manage and be responsible for all activities relating to the support and development of the current and future ERP platforms. This will include the design, development, and implementation of strategic and break-fix deliverables, driving development of technical competencies & capabilities within the existing support teams and the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and retain a team of SAP resources aligned to our needs
- Mentor and develop the teams technical skills and behaviours
- Management and delivery of ERP technology, people, resources, changes & improvements, adhering to 2SFG policies and procedures
- Work with the IT SMT to build forward-looking work plans and ensure adequate resource to meet these plans
- Engage on internal steering groups, fostering a 'Right First Time' and collaborative approach

- In-depth knowledge of SAP solutions, including ECC, S/4 Hana, BW
- SAP development and functional experience, including multiple implementations and upgrades
- Understanding of integration technologies, interfaces, data, and information flow across multiple systems
- Experience with the following SAP modules; Fi/Co, MM, SD, PP, QM
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Experience of successfully managing and leading teams of people
