Teller Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teller Supervisor to join our team at Associated Banc-Corp. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and that our branch operations run smoothly.

• Direct the day-to-day operational activities of the teller area, ensuring efficient and friendly service to customers.
• Supervise tellers, providing guidance and coaching to ensure each customer's experience is positive and memorable.
• Train staff on operational issues, policies, and procedures, and make judgment decisions to resolve customer issues.
• Expand and deepen customer relationships by identifying customer needs and matching them with relevant products and services.
• Direct and demonstrate all customer channels, including digital technology, to provide a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to ensure the operational integrity of the retail office.

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years of demonstrated customer service skills in a retail environment and computer experience.
