We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our platform by designing, developing, and executing both manual and automated test cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test plans for product features and integrations.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to identify, document, and prioritize issues, ensuring the platform meets the highest standards of quality.
  • Participate in requirements analysis, identifying gaps and inconsistencies in product design.
  • Build and maintain automated test suites using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
  • Ensure timely and accurate identification of bugs, prioritizing issues based on severity and impact to the user experience.
  • Continuously improve QA processes and contribute to process automation to enhance overall productivity.
  • Conduct API testing, SQL queries, and participate in continuous integration processes to maintain robust platform performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent is required.
  • Manual testing experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to assess the severity and impact of issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical information to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in quality assurance.
