We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Enrollment Specialist to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for enrolling eligible hospital patients into the Third Party Health Insurance Premium Payment Program (HIPP) at our Hospital partner in Pittsburgh.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with patients, key hospital personnel, and other stakeholders.
* Create a positive patient/client relationship and serve as the onsite contact for our organization.
* Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure seamless enrollment process.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Education, or Psychology preferred and Master's degree is preferred.
* At least 5 years of internal patient-related, hospital experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to speak English and Spanish is preferred.
