Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and meeting all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair diesel equipment, including tractors, trailers, and refrigeration units
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Document all repairs and maintenance activities in accordance with company policies
  • Respond to road service calls and perform rescue operations as needed
  • Collaborate with other technicians to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

  • 3 years of commercial diesel mechanic experience or 2 years of experience with TK or Refrigeration certification
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with technical manuals and documentation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
