About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to lead our retail store teams in achieving sales and retention goals. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for inspiring and empowering store managers to create a motivated work environment where employees can excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and retention across retail stores
  • Collaborate with store managers to build a culture of success and high-performing teams
  • Share subject expertise with sales management to cultivate creativity and expand their knowledge
  • Develop customer relationships in the retail setting to deliver a positive company image and a worthwhile experience
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of sales leadership experience, including launching or managing multiple retail locations
  • Proven ability to build a solid sales culture and high-performing teams while handling change management
  • High level of comfort with personal technology
  • Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Flexibility to support store hours as business needs dictate
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Telecommunications/wireless experience -2-4 years
  • History of identifying trends while developing response plans for risks
