Job Summary:

As a Home Health Aide Manager, you will have the opportunity to advance your career in a leadership role. You will be responsible for mentoring and training caregivers, assessing clients' care needs, and providing care until their permanent caregiver is assigned. You will also be responsible for covering shifts resulting from requested time off and participating in the on-call rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist caregivers and clients with daily tasks and activities
• Work closely with the recruiting team to screen and hire caregivers
• Collaborate with the Client Care Coordinator to make recommendations for scheduling caregivers
• Make recommendations for updates to Plans of Care and ADLs
• Ensure that the team provides quality care through observation and coaching

Requirements:

• 4 years of caregiving experience
• Experience with teaching, training, or supervising others
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to complete a 90-day probationary period with perfect attendance
