Site Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Farrior Steel Works. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities on site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
• Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is $ 80,000 - 120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
