Role Overview

Hadrian is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Federal and Enterprise sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Space, Defense & Aerospace industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Federal and Enterprise markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at government agencies and large primes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs
  • Manage and grow a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience in the Federal and Enterprise markets, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of the Space, Defense & Aerospace industries and the key players in these markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
