Job Title: Customer Service Ambassador

About the Role:
In this role as a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be the face of Chick-fil-A at the Pinnacle. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for every guest who walks through our doors. You will work closely with your team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.

Salary: $14-$16 per hour, based on availability and performance.

Responsibilities:
* Greet customers warmly and acknowledge their presence in a friendly manner.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
* Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
