We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse LPN to provide exceptional care and support to our medically fragile infants and children at our Children's Transitional Care Homes.

Our Children's Homes serve as a steppingstone between the hospital and the family residence, providing a safe and nurturing environment for our young patients. Our Care Teams work together to train and prepare parents and guardians to manage their children's needs for when they are back in the family home with their loved ones.

As a Staff LPN, you will provide quality nursing care on a 3:1 patient to nurse basis, complete evaluations, assessments, participate in care team planning, and implement interventions for appropriate care delivery. We offer competitive rates, great staffing ratios, no weekends or on-call, holiday rotation, and opportunity for professional growth.

Qualifications:
  • LPN License in the state of PA
  • Minimum three (3) years pediatric tracheostomy care and ventilator management experience, required
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Current Healthcare Provider CPR
  • Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements
