Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Medication Technician to join our team at Sheldon Meadows Assisted Living Center. As a Medication Technician, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of medications and treatments to residents, in accordance with physician orders. You will also be responsible for communicating any concerns to the physician and performing services of resident support staff as directed in the individual service plan.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physician
  • Document medication and treatment administrations
  • Document events and incidents
  • Summary documentation in resident records
  • Direct care and service to residents as needed
  • Communicate appropriately with residents, family members, physician, support staff, and ancillary care providers
