Job Summary:

HexaQuEST Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Intensive Care Nurse to join our team in the Med/Surg PCU department.

About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our fast-paced PCU environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individualized patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Administer medications, perform various medical procedures, and maintain accurate records.
  • Foster a culture of safety, respect, and open communication among patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in New Hampshire and BLS certification essential.
  • NIHSS and ACLS certifications highly recommended.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $84,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits that include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.

Work Schedule:

This full-time position requires flexibility with rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Minimum guaranteed hours: 36 per week.
