We are seeking a skilled Server Assistant to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our dining room team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including iced tea, coffee, espresso, juice, and hot chocolate.
  • Stock and maintain necessary equipment and supplies, ensuring a smooth and efficient meal service.
  • Clear tables quickly and efficiently, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.
  • Participate in cleaning duties, adhering to corporate SOP checklists.

Requirements:

  • Mix of morning, day, and evening shifts
  • Full availability required for this role, with flexibility to work varied shifts as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, exerting force occasionally, and frequently lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and accurately
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations, maintaining a level head and composure
