About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician III to join our team at ECHN. As an integral part of our Adult Ambulatory Behavioral Health service, you will provide direct and indirect clinical services to adults in need of mental health care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address various mental health concerns">
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs">
  • Collaborate with community providers, including Department of Children and Families (DCF) and Adult Probation, to ensure comprehensive care">
  • Participate in clinical supervision and peer review to maintain high standards of practice">
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment through empathy, warmth, and respect for clients' cultural backgrounds">
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the field">

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will possess a Master's degree and licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Experience with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and crisis assessment is preferred. You should also have strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
