Primary Care Physician for Underserved Communities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at LifeLong Medical Care. As a healthcare provider for underserved communities, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
Our ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and has experience working with diverse populations. You will work alongside our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, including preventive, urgent care, and primary care services.
Responsibilities- Provides preventive, urgent care, and primary care health services
- Performs clinical assessments, orders diagnostic evaluations, and plans a program of care
- Provides verbal and written education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
- Maintains patient records necessary for clinic reporting, billing, and quality improvement
- Functions in a variety of settings, including health centers, skilled nursing facilities, and clients' homes
- Current California MD, DO, NP, or PA license
- Training and experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, and/or family practice with board eligibility or certification
- Interest in working with diverse patient populations and commitment to a community health philosophy of prevention and primary care
LifeLong Medical Care offers a competitive salary range of $197,000.00-$218,000.00 for MD/DO and $123,000-$144,000 for NP/PA, depending on years since finishing residency. We also offer a sign-on bonus, excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, dependent and domestic partner coverage, 403(b) retirement savings plan, and loan repayment programs.
